Every experience begins with a comprehensive consultation, where we assess facial structure, personal goals, and overall wellness. From this, we develop a tailored plan that integrates aesthetic treatments with internal optimization—because how you look and how you feel are inherently connected.
Our offerings include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced skin therapies, alongside IV hydration and targeted wellness injections. Extending beyond traditional aesthetics, FRAME also provides performance and longevity services, including peptide therapy, weight optimization, and bioidentical hormone care—all delivered through a physician-guided, evidence-based lens.

Dr. Gaetan Pettigrew is a board-certified physician and surgeon whose work sits at the intersection of clinical rigor and aesthetic restraint. As the founder of FRAME Aesthetics, he has developed a distinct approach to care—one that values subtlety, proportion, and intention above all else.

Dr. Pettigrew’s path to medicine began with a study of form and movement, earning a B.F.A. in Dance before continuing his academic training at Columbia University and ultimately receiving his MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
He completed his residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he developed a rigorous surgical foundation, followed by fellowship training in gender-affirming surgery and pelvic reconstruction—fields that demand both technical mastery and a nuanced understanding of identity, form, and function.

Dr. Pettigrew served as Assistant Professor at University of California San Francisco and as a staff physician at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. His work contributed to the development of surgical and educational programs centered on gender-affirming care, patient-centered design, and clinical innovation.
His academic contributions include peer-reviewed publications, national and international presentations, and invited lectures at leading institutions.
